Re:	Disclosure of Minutes of the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Unitholders of 
Thailand Future Fund (TFFIF)

Referring to Krung Thai Asset Management Public Company Limited and MFC Asset 
Management PCL, as the Management Company (the "Management Company") of Thailand
Future Fund (the "Fund"), has arranged the 2022 Annual General Meeting of
Unitholders of the Fund on January 25, 2023, at 14.00 p.m. by way of electronic
meeting (E-AGM) in accordance with relevant laws and announcements related to
electronic meetings.
	Management Company would like to inform that Management Company has delivered 
the minutes of the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Unitholders to the Stock
Exchange of Thailand and the Minutes of the 2022 Annual General Meeting of
Unitholders have been posted on Asset Management's website at www.ktam.co.th and
www.mfcfund.com and website of the Fund www.tffif.com since February 6, 2023
onward.
	Unitholders who wish to make inquiries or comments regarding the said minutes 
may direct their inquiries or comments together with their contact details, i.e.
name, address, telephone number, and email address (if any), to the Fund via
