Limited, acting as a REIT Manager of Bualuang Office Leasehold Real Estate
Investment Trust ("B-WORK"), held on February 24, 2023, passed a resolution of
dividend payment at the rate of Baht 0.1771 per unit trust, totaling Baht
65,314,480 which will be paid from an operational performance during October 1,
2022, to December 31, 2022, as details described below:

1. The book closing date for the right to receive dividend payment will be on 
March 10, 2023

2. Dividend payment date will be on March 24, 2023
