BBL Asset Management Co., Ltd., the Management Company of BTS Rail Mass Transit 
Growth Infrastructure Fund (BTSGIF) ("the Fund"), had decreased the registered
capital of the Fund by Baht 1,053.42 million which was equaled to Baht 0.182 per
unit. The registered capital of the Fund after the capital reduction was Baht
51,542.14 million and par value per unit was Baht 8.905. The book closure date
for the capital return was on June 12, 2023 and the payment date was on June 26,
 2023.

Please be informed that the Management Company had submitted the registration 
for the 17th capital reduction to the office of the Securities and Exchange
Commission ("SEC") on June 27, 2023. The SEC acknowledged such capital reduction
on July 7, 2023 as stated in the SEC's letter, No.FP.187/2023, Re: Seventeenth
registered capital reduction of BTS Rail Mass Transit Growth Infrastructure
Fund.
