RE	Notification on Toll Rate Adjustment of Chalong Rat Expressway and Burapha 
Withi Expressway according to the Revenue Transfer Agreement

Krungthai Asset Management Public Company Limited and MFC Asset Management 
Public Company Limited ("Management Company"), as the Management Company of
Thailand Future Fund ("the Fund"), would like to inform as follows. Pursuant to
the revenue transfer agreement in respect of Chalong Rat Expressway and Burapha
Withi Expressway ("RTA") which provides for toll rate adjustment review whereby
the Expressway Authority of Thailand ("EXAT") must proceed to adjust toll rate
in accordance with the toll rate adjustment mechanism set out in the RTA and the
law. EXAT has proposed the toll rate adjustment for Chalong Rat Expressway and
Burapha Withi Expressway for the year 2023, which shall come into force
commencing 1 September 2023 and had been approved by the board of EXAT, to the
Ministry of Transport, and the notifications of the Ministry of Transport
regarding new toll rate notification have been signed already. The notifications
are in the process of being published on the Royal Gazette to become effective
from 1 September 2023  onwards.

However, due to Thailand's current economic circumstances and the government 
policy on helping to alleviate the rising of the cost-of-living, the Ministry of
Transport has ordered EXAT to delay the toll rate adjustment in respect of
Chalong Rat Expressway and Burapa Withi Expressway for riders using via the cash
payment system and the electronic toll collection system (ETCS) for a period of
 6 months from 1 September 2023 onwards.
