Remark                                   :
PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited, or PTTEP, is pleased to 
announce that the Board of Directors of the Company, at meeting No. 13/2567/561
on 30 July 2024, approved the payment of an Interim Dividend from consolidated
performance of PTTEP and its Subsidiaries for the first half year operations of
2024 (1 January 2024 to 30 June 2024) to the shareholders at the rate of Baht
4.50 per share; the entire amount to be paid from unappropriated retained
earnings under the Petroleum Income Tax Act.
The Record Date to entitle rightful shareholders who may receive the dividend 
will be on 14 August 2024 and the dividend payment will be on 28 August 2024.

Remark : Individual shareholders shall not be entitled to a Dividend Tax Credit 
under Section 47 bis of the Revenue Code.
