The reason for no adjustment             : The Company shall not adjust the 
exercise price and exercise ratio because the event does not comply with
adjustment conditions as follows;
-In accordance with Section 6.5 of the rights conditions, the company is 
required to adjust the rights if the dividend payment exceeds 80 percent of the
net profit as reported in the company's consolidated financial statements, a
condition which has been duly verified.
