The trust manager of CPNREIT disclosed that shopping malls will be assets with potential growth in 2025F, in line with retail business growth of 3-5% YoY this year and the market value of Bt4.4tn. This would be driven by government support, and continued growth in tourism and fashion. CPNREIT targets to be the regional leader in the next four years by adding asset value of Bt40bn in shopping malls, coupled with additional market capitalization of Bt20-30bn over the next five years. We maintain our recommended funds: i) first-tier funds: CPNREIT, WHAIR and AMATAR and ii) second-tier funds: ALLY, GROREIT, LHHOTEL and PROSPECT.
