The US and Vietnam has reached a trade agreement. The US will charge 20%
tariffs on Vietnam’s import goods and 40% tariffs on transshipment, while
Vietnam will give the US zero-tariffs access to Vietnam’s markets.
After U.S. 40% tariffs on transshipment through Vietnam, watch reaction of
countries that use Vietnam as a transshipment hub, especially China.
