The rating incorporates our view on the company’s status as a core subsidiary of Charoen Pokphand Foods PLC (CPF; rated “A/Stable”). The group status reflects CPFGS’s position as an exclusive distributor of food products from CPF’s production facilities in Thailand, as well as its business integration and significant earnings contribution to the group.
