On July 26, 2024, the company announced the approval to purchase two pieces of land totaling six plots with a combined value of 126 million baht from Great Miracle Asset 2 Co., Ltd. (GMA-2) and Green Field Energy Co., Ltd. (GF), both of which are entities related to GUNKUL. 1) Land from GMA-2: This land, measuring 1-1-58 rai, is located in Dusit District, Bangkok, and is valued at 100 million baht. GUNKUL has been renting this area for 14 years to use as a warehouse for its high-voltage electrical equipment distribution business (Trading). 2) Land from GF: This land, measuring 22-2-71 rai, is located in Bueng Sam Phan District, Phetchabun Province, and is valued at 26 million baht. 25% of this area is part of the existing solar project (Gunkul Chubu Powergen) and the remaining 75% will be used for a new solar power plant project with an additional capacity of 1.6 MW from the new PPA.
