DIF : Earnings Preview - Expected 2Q25F dividend payment of 0.218 baht per unit We recommend Buy for DIF fund as we expect the fund has the ability to pay consistent dividends from rental income under long-term contracts until 2033, with expected annual dividend yield of 11%, including the opportunity to extend the contract for another 10 years after 2033. 2Q25F outlook expects investment income of 2,959 million baht, stable according to rental income, and expects to pay dividends of 0.218 baht per unit (yield 2.7%). For 2025F, we expect investment income to decline slightly according to rental income, and expect dividend payment of 0.878 baht (yield 11%).
