DIF : Earnings Preview - Expected 3Q25F dividend payment of 0.222 baht We recommend Buy on DIF due to the expected ability to pay dividends consistently from rental income under long-term contracts through 2033, with the possibility of extending the contract for another 10 years after 2033. For 3Q25F, we expect gain on investments of 2,990 mb (+3%y-y flat q-q), including expected dividend payment of 0.222 baht per unit (yield 2.4%). For 2025F, we expect total dividend payment of 0.878 baht per unit (yield 9%), while DIF's price (+6%YTD) remains laggard compared to 3BBIF (+25%YTD).
